June 8th is World Oceans Day! To celebrate this important event, we are releasing seven cards describing our work and how it fits the 2017 World Oceans Day theme “Our Oceans, Our Future“. Each card is built using the official 2017 World Oceans Day poster as a background, and focuses on a component of the SponGES project covering its rationale, the knowledge gaps to address, where we currently stand and why it is important to work on the given subject.
